Dear friends,

21 times during this year we have discussed together the precious text of "The 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas", trying to deepen our understanding of Dharma;

29 times have performed the practice of White Tara, developing love and compassion;

28 times have taken refuge with prostrations, doing Ngondro preliminary practices of the Drikung Kagyu lineage;

10 times have made tsog fest offering and Jigten Sumgon Guru Yoga;

7 times have made an effort to unite our minds with the mind of the great yogi Milarepa by performing the practice of Guru Yoga;

34 times have asked Achi Chokyi Drolma to protect the Teachings;

9 times have summoned a good fortune, relying on the White Dzambala;

dozens of times we have read the aspiration prayer of Samantabhadra and other auspicious prayers;

we have received empowerments and Uttaratantra teachings from the great buddhist scholar and extraordinary practitioner HE Nubpa Rinpoche;

we have learned how to develop compassion and empathized during premier screening of the movie "For The Benefit of All Beings. The Extraordinary Life of His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche";

we have received empowerments and aspiration of Samantabhadra prayer profound teachings, that came deep from the loving heart of our precious teacher Kyabje Garchen Rinpoche.

Finally, hundreds of times we have dedicated merits of these good acts for the benefit of all sentient beings.

So may in this new year, together we will accumulate more good merits and receive even more precious teachings from the eminent teachers! And let our minds be always inseparable from the mind of the Lama!

We hope that in the new year the 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas will lead us along on the path and support our awareness, White Tara will eliminate our fears, Ngondro preliminary practices will purify our obscurations, Guru Yoga meditation will fill us with the blessing of the lineage, Achi Chokyi Drolma will protect the pure Teachings, White Dzambala will bring a good fortune,  and all the wishes will be fulfilled as intended!
